Privacy Policy

Your data is safe with me. I will never share your personal or contact information with any third party.

You will always have the option to opt out/unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails or text messages. An unsubscribe link appears at the bottom of all emails. Reply to any text message with the word STOP to stop receiving promotional text messages. Although you may unsubscribe, you will continue to receive necessary functional emails and/or text messages, such as appointment reminders.

All information shared with me during coaching calls or connection calls, or via email, text or any other means, remains strictly confidential. The only exceptions are when there is imminent danger, when at my discretion, I may contact parents, authorities, or any other party that I deem necessary given the situation, or if I am legally required to divulge information to authorities. I will always ask permission before sharing specific, sensitive information with a client's parents/guardians. General progress information will be shared with parents/guardians in progress reports.

Terms of Use

The terms of our coach/client relationship are outlioned in the Coaching Agreement/Contract, which is signed before any coaching begins. Please refer to your Coaching Agreement for exact details, or email Fahrin Kermally at [email protected].

Coaching is different from therapy, and is for personal development only. Outcomes are generally proportional to the effort one puts into their personal development. Every effort is applied in good faith to help clients achieve their personal development goals, however specific outcomes are not guaranteed. Clients may experience some discomfort through their personal growth process, and this is normal. Fahrin Kermally and any associates or employees are held harmless for any unintended outcomes during or after the coaching relationship.
